Research interests: My research focus will be upon further elucidating the relationship between psychosocial factors and mood disorders, in particular bipolar disorder (BD). I will be focusing upon securing grants to study novel psychosocial treatment interventions for BD and developing a multidisciplinary team (the CREST.BD team) to focus upon the role of psychosocial issues in this complex psychiatric condition.
