In the coming year, I will continue work in the area of management of early labour, with a focus on studying the determinants of prolonged painful latent phase labour. I will build on work in the area of intimate partner violence as a determinant of pregnancy outcomes by designing and piloting an intervention study. I will continue with a five year study of the safety of home birth. |
