Research interests: Areas of expertise:psychopharmacology/behavioural neuroscience; animal models of psychiatric disorders (strong emphasis on neurobiology of addiction). Techniques employed in the lab include brain dialysis in behaving animals, neurochemical analyses, neuropharmacology and neurophysiology. Research focuses on links between synaptic plasticity, learning, memory and relapse to drug-seeking behaviour.
